Most of our products do not require assembly and are delivered ready to use. However, for products that do require assembly, all necessary materials and an assembly guide will be included in the package. In addition, we also provide assembly service, which you can request during the order process.

The process goes as follows;
We create our sofa patterns according to many comfort tests that we made. Then we choose soft, resistant fabrics that have a cozy feeling as well. We hand-pick the most trendy colored fabrics that are friendly to your house interior so you can easily decorate with our products. After that, we select our sitting foams which are crucial for a product's overall quality. Using High Density 28DNS foams in our creations, gives us a durable,firm and comfortable furniture that will last you for many years to come!
Creation
We cut our fabrics according to the model, sew and assemble all the pieces together. We cover the 28DNS sitting foam with a felt layer in order to protect both the fabric covers and the foam from abrasion. We pay high attention to details to the accessories (zippers, pipings) that we use in the process, we select the best quality materials.

Shipping & Return Policies
We prepare the perfect PluffyHome for you,immediately after your purchase by neatly assembling the covers with the sitting foams, packing and vacuum sealing each individual piece and making sure that your order has a safe journey reaching its home :)

If the product you have been sent is defective we offer to send you a completely new product or a full refund.
